LuminaFit may collect and process the following types of information:
- Account and identity information: when you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive your name, email address, and the Apple user identifier associated with your account.
- Profile information: username, profile photo, style profile, and body measurements that you choose to provide.
- User content: clothing photos added to your wardrobe, generated outfit images, favorites, wishlists, and AI-generated visual outputs.
- Permission-related information: approximate location for weather-based features, camera and photo library access, and notification permission status.
- Purchase information: in-app credit purchases, transaction-related information, and credit balance records.
- Technical and sync information: app data associated with iCloud/CloudKit syncing and account-related synchronization records.2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- provide and operate the app’s core features,
- create and manage user accounts,
- sync wardrobe, profile, and outfit history across devices,
- power AI-based outfit suggestions, image generation, and virtual try-on features,
- personalize weather-aware styling experiences,
- manage in-app purchases and credit balances,
- respond to support requests,
- maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.3. Third-Party Services
LuminaFit may use third-party services to provide certain features, including:
- Apple services, such as Sign in with Apple, CloudKit, WeatherKit, and StoreKit,
- OpenAI, for AI-based styling suggestions and image generation,
- fal.ai, for AI-based virtual try-on and related image processing.We only share information with these service providers to the extent necessary to operate the relevant feature. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for behavioral advertising.4. Data Storage
Your information may be stored locally on your device and, if you connect your account, through Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure. Certain user content and AI-generated outputs may be stored as needed to provide the app experience.5. Location, Camera, Photos, and Notifications
- Location may be used to show local weather and support weather-aware style suggestions.
- Camera and photo library access may be used to let you add clothing or profile images.
- Notifications are optional and may be used for reminders, motivational messages, or app-related updates.6. AI Features and Opt-Out
LuminaFit may offer AI-based recommendations, image generation, and virtual try-on features. If you do not want your information processed for these AI features, you may choose not to use those features, delete your account and data from the app settings, or contact us using the contact information below.7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain app functionality, and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account and data, local information will be removed and associated cloud data will be processed for deletion.8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access your personal information,
- correct or update your information,
- request deletion of your account and personal information,
- object to or limit certain processing activities.You may exercise these rights through the app where available or by contacting us directly.9. Children’s Privacy

LuminaFit Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 12, 2026These Terms of Use govern your use of the LuminaFit mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.1. Scope of the Service
LuminaFit may provide features including digital wardrobe management, clothing image uploads, saved outfit history, AI-based styling suggestions, AI-generated fashion visuals, virtual try-on functionality, weather-aware recommendations, and in-app credit usage.2. Accounts and Access
Some features may require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for activity that takes place through your use of the app.3. User Content
Photos, profile images, measurements, and other content you upload remain your content. You grant us the limited right to use, process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app’s features.4. AI Features
LuminaFit may provide AI-generated suggestions, images, and virtual try-on results for inspiration and convenience. These outputs are automatically generated and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the app to:
- upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content,
- violate the rights of others,
- interfere with, abuse, or disrupt the service,
- attempt to exploit or misuse in-app credits, purchases, or AI features.6. In-App Purchases and Credits
LuminaFit may offer digital credit packages through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Credits are digital usage entitlements within the app, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds and billing matters are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.7. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, credit packages, AI models, or parts of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.8. Intellectual Property
The app, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
LuminaFit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.10. Account and Data Deletion
The app may provide an option to delete your account and data. If you choose to do so, your access to certain features may end and associated data may be removed from local and cloud-backed storage systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.12. Governing Law
